The situation
TechCare embeds with clients who need custom web, mobile, and AI products. The job is to make a team that can ship, and to open the hard path when the week is stuck.
The hard part
Studio work fails in two directions: the lead disappears into meetings, or the lead becomes the only person who can ship. I try to hold both: set the bar, keep the architecture honest, and still write the piece that unblocks the week.
What the role looks like
- Turning a vague client brief into a build sequence a team can execute.
- Choosing boring technology when the risk is the product.
- Reviewing the diffs that can sink the week.
- Hiring and raising the floor so the next project starts higher.
